I put my van off the road after hitting ice, the insurance company sent saltire taxis to pick me up from the road side. They arrived faster than they estimated, with an amazingly up lifting driver, who also had a massive knowledge of fishing in the highlands, he even stopped at the shop for me on the way home, good end to a terrible morning I would highly recommend them

Required a return taxi from Killin to Aberfeldy. We compared prices to Uber which were similar but with no guarantee of time and location. Reliability in this part of Scotland is key. He was bang on time for both pick ups and was flexible on both times if plans changed (within reason). Rob seems to be running a one man show but was more than happy to work around our times to make sure we got the most out of the visit. On the way over he gave us lots of local tips to make the most of the trip, including recommendations on food, sites, walks and tours. He's happy to mention the tours he runs but wasn't pushy at all and was happy just to send an email. In fairness, they sound great and we'll certainly look at coming back to do some guided salmon fishing! Many thanks.
Fantastic service. We used Saltire Taxis to transport us to the start of our day out walking in the Mountains. Rob accommodated several changes of date and start time due to changing weather forecasts and turned up early to pick us up. The brief journey was very enjoyable and Rob is a very pleasant chap, we wouldn't hesitate to use this company again!
We got a lift back to our accomodation after our Car broke down whilst on holiday. The driver was a really nice guy, he gave us local tips for the area which we were able to do without a car and made sure we got in okay at the end of the journey. Would highly recommend!
Excellent taxi service, very responsive. I called at 8am for a pick up from near Lochearnhead and Rob had no issues in taking me to Ben Lawers Car Park, and even arranged to pick me up a few hours later (necessary because of poor cell signal). And all for a very reasonable price! Will definitely be meeting again, he had some excellent stories and local knowledge which was a delight. I was a bit worried from reading online that this would be an expensive tour service. I think they offer tours as an option and i would definitely take one in the future, but i used this just like a city cab - call up and straight forward, reliable service, which was ideal. Thanks!
