We attended a seminar here tonight. The food was sub par, which is very unusual for Saltgrass. My husband's Salmon was overcooked and dry. The garlic mashed potatoes were barely Luke warm at best. My ribs were warm but not hot. My mashed potatoes and shrimp were not even Luke warm, but the grilled shrimp did have a good flavor. We attended a seminar at the location last year and the food was wonderful and hot. We are Landry members and eat at Saltgrass a lot and usually everything is great. Thank you.

Got curbside pickup and the food was still fresh and delicious. Carefully packed into containers and all dressings and sauces were put on the side.
We came in on Valentine's Day. The restaurant was busy. It was snowing here too. Not many choices were left for a great meal. This place did not disappoint. We got some fried pickles. They were light, crunchy, and well battered. The potato soup was surprisingly spiced and not flavored like a baked potato. My wife ate it all! Our main.course was the salmon and a ribeye steak. The salmon was well cooked and fabulously flavored. The steak was soft and wonderful, juicy, and properly seasoned. Our waiter, Greg, was busy! He had a super full section. He kept his cool, was attentive, and worked his butt off. We really appreciated his hard work. Check this place out! #worthit!
Service was impeccable, with savvy, smiling waitresses. There were about 30 in our party, and they took such great care of us, keeping drink glasses full and serving delicious hot food, all in a timely manner. Everyone's order was handled correctly and cooked just right. Only thing I would change would be to have better lighting so to be able to more easily read the menu. But can't be upset over it when everything else was top notch. I would definitely eat there again.
