8pm reservation for a birthday dinner. Waited 35 min to be seated, and they weren't busy. Asked why the long wait and was told \didn't hear your name clearly when you came in\ . So instead of asking again they just let us sit. My husband got us seated only after he asked what was going on.Manager walked by numorous times and not once checked to see why we were still waiting. Drink order took 15 min to receive, portions were tiny, food taste was mediocre. Our waitress was nice so that's a plus.

Great food and service. Had a party of 10 and our server was always on time and the team work used when our food was ready was awesome. The manager stopped by and checked on everything. Highly recommend this place for the steaks and appetizers.
Food was amazing like always. Service was great despite there were only 2 servers. Food took longer than usual. Over all good experience.
Took a large group here, late in the evening. Was apprehensive that we would get a server who was tired and maybe a little crabby but much to our delight we had the best waiter we could ask for. He did such a great job of taking care of us and he can spin that pepper shaker like it's nobody's business. Had the steak and shrimp with asparagus and it was fantastic! Saltgrass in Frisco is where it's at! Our group was celebrating my son's 18th birthday and we will definitely be back next time we are in the Dallas/Frisco area!!!
Went inside to pay for our order and pick up. One waiter was very rude. Directed us to another who vaguely acknowledged us. Then she completely ignored us. So we back outside. Waited a few then called girl said she'd be out right out. Never showed. Manager came out for someone else but accidentally came to us. Said he'd be back after he checked on our order. Never came back.
