Abusive and corrupt in the way they conduct business. I have had attempts made to break into my property from their excuses for a tradesman after they provided false information causing all parties involved to fall out. Properties been left in an appalling state due to them not rectifying problems for tenants, refuse to help over the weekend and cause nothing but trouble between good tenants and good landlords. Avoid at all costs or you will be left severely out of pocket and frustrated. After having to force myself out of contract with them they refuse to return property keys. I could not tick the “none responsive” as they are but with abuse and lies.

Went in to ask about some house's for sale in the window. was told to check out the website as the house's I was interested in where sold. For sale sign in window and website. Very unhelpful for s potential customer. Got my flat elsewhere... Enough said.

This agency is utterly incompetent. They don't do what they say they are going to do, are full of excuses. Try to blame the tenant. Lied repeatedly to attempt to cover up their mistakes. I happily paid good money to extract myself from the contract with them. I put my trust in them and they let me down badly. The inventory was done poorly and was inaccurate, the contract wasn't updated when it should have been, they lied about the contract start date (by 3 months) and couldn't even calculate the penalty for ending the contract correctly. They also with-held information about going VAT registered until after I had signed the contract with them, even though they knew about this long before. My advice to any landlord or tenant - find another agent and steer well clear of this shambolic set up.
Too awful to comprehend. The worst letting agents I have ever encountered.
