I've been training here for over a year now, couldn't be a better bunch of guys to train with. Guys who are looking to improve themselves and help others. Iain the coach is a genuine professional, not just in mixed martial arts but in his approach to training, nutrition and fitness. Get yourself down to improve your fitness/health and have a good laugh while doing it!
