Brilliant venue superb acoustics and comfortable seating, let down only by a fairly small bar area. Cosy, though an intimate setting in an ironic building with friendly and helpful staff. Theatre and community hall serves the public well across a wide range of events.

Lovely venue. Our Christmas event was packed out which is always good to see. The only fly in the ointment being a trustee of the building who appeared to resent our presence and was openly rude to paying customers.
Enjoyable evening watching the play \The Desert Queen\ describing the life of Gertrude Bell. The theatre building was originally a church. The seating seems to have been rescued from an old cinema. Not uncomfortable! There's even a small bar which is open before the show and during the interval. Drinks can be brought through into the auditorium. I purchased my ticket at the entrance 30 minutes before the show was scheduled to begin.
