We have used Realistic 3 occasions now, and have no complaints. When our back door become faulty after two years, it was fixed under guarantee with no issues. During 2020 we took our extension project to Realistic knowing that the quantity of product and workmanship would come up to our standards.

If you are looking for quality home improvements with superb service then look no further, from day one when Ryan visited to measure up and give us a quote right the way through to the final installation of the new windows and roof by the fitting team we could not have asked for more. Even with the issues of COVID 19 once the lockdowns where relaxed the team worked around us all working from home, keeping everything tidy and clean – the photos do not do it justice we would be more than happy to recommend Realistic to anyone, you will not be disappointed !
I have recently had all of my windows and doors installed by Realistic I can whole heartedly recommend to anyone thinking of having work undertaken. Extremely hight quality products, the Conservatories are some of the best I’ve ever seen, and the price does not out value the quality. Well put together with great after service!
AVOID AVOID AVOID TERRIBLE. POOR QUALITY, BADLY FITTED & SARCASTIC UNHELPFUL AFTER SALES. PAID 1700 FOR CHEAP DOORS COULD HAVE BOUGHT FOR 300. NOT WHAT WE ORDERED. WINDOW THE HEIGHT OF THE DOOR LINTEL CANNOT BE REACHED. THANKS! THE INSTALLATION IS INCOMPLETE & DAMAGED OUR DAMP PROOF COURSE ON PATIO BIG GAPS & DOORS DO NOT CLOSE. HAD TO REPLACE PARTS OURSELF UNDER THE SO CALLED GUARANTEES SOME COWBOY BUILDER HAD TO BE PAID CASH SEPERATELY TO AVOID CSA PAYMENTS!!! THEY HAD KEYS TO DO WORK ON A 2 DAY JOB & WERE CAUGHT BY ANOTHER BUILDER SITTING IN OUR LOUNGE ON OUR FURNITURE EATING THEIR LUNCH! LEFT ALL THEIR RUBBLE IN OUR GARDEN DESPITE PAYING FOR CLEARANCE. WISH WE KNEW WHAT COWBOY CON MERCHANTS WE WERE DEALING BEFORE WE SIGNED CONTRACTS.
