Any time of year, I love visiting this place. The Snowdrops are up and Dahlia smelling fabulous! It is very local to us so we visit a lot.

Absolutely beautiful. We visited 3 times last week for walks in the woodland and quay side as a family with our dog while visiting in the area. If going with a dog don't both paying beforehand as you can't even go into the formal gardens. Just pay in the small car park at the quay side and walk from there. We highly recommend the cream tea at the kiosk and if he is open visit the potter at the mill center.

Cotehele is a fabulous place if you like a challenging walk, bracing breeze and beautiful views. Spent 4 1/2 hours getting my 10,000 steps in lovely surroundings and now back in my hotel resting up with a cup of well earned coffee, hi for Cotehele if your up for it, many were today

House and gardens looks amazing. Nice place to spend sunny day. For small donation to national trust you can take a lot of apples from Tudors apple orchard ;)

Lovely national trust gardens despite the dreadful weather, great shopping, lovely restaurant, with coffee and shortbread. Great grounds for walking. Will return when house and mill are open.
