What a great way to start our vacation! Being avid fans of kayak tours - we sought out this company for its variety of tours and great prices! We did the evening bioluminescent tour - our first time kayaking at night - and what a fantastic time!! We did a tandem kayak this time and while we were told these are known as ‘divorce boats’ we did come out of it still married :) I think that has to with our wonderful guide - Jamie! She was fun, knowledgeable, patient and professional! She knew her stuff and gave a great history lesson of the area. We liked her so much we signed up to do another tour with her tomorrow! Let’s see if she still likes US after a 5 hour tour! :) Highly recommend this company!

Our experience renting kayaks and doing the guided tour was great. Our tour guide was Wyatt and he was so fun! The trip was nice as we lucked out on the weather, and Wyatt was very informative. Overall had a great morning on the trip!

Went on a 4 hour guided ture, fun paddle out to an island and supplied with cookies and hot chocolate. Wonderful and personable guide. Lots of history and wildlife.

Day 3 highlight on Salt Spring Island was a short kayak tour with guide Jared, who was excellent. He was patient and helped by providing adaptive paddling suggestions for my partner who is recovering from some injuries. More importantly, Our guide Jared shared lots of interesting tidbits about the local waterscape and history. We took it easy and had a lovely time bobbing along. The rest of the staff were also terrific — super nice and professional. We felt comfortable about the extra care everyone was taking around Covid-19. Thank you Salt Spring Adventure Co. We’ll be back.
