Pretty doggone good! They must be a bit understaffed because the wait is too long for a drive thru when that’s all you have but the staff was friendly and the food was good!

We traditionally have a good experience when ordering the family packs.... tonight we got home to realize there was no salsa. Disappointing to say the least. I would assume for what the family packs cost that the orders would be double checked.
food disappointing. interior appeared clean. late late lunch on Saturday afternoon. only one more customer in there. food service line worker and cashier present and both efficient. other slew of staff working in the kitchen area too. i got the two tacos, chips, salsa and drink deal for 8.99. the line worker would ask if i wanted stuff that would cost extra. i finally said i just want what comes with the 8.99 deal. food was bland. queso and guacamole cost extra. the steak meat and chicken meat were not worthy of my return. the best thing was the coke from the fountain machine in the dining room. this place seems like a cool place to relax and eat but food could be a lot better. i couldn’t chew break down a chunk of steak meat and had to spit it out. the chicken meat was ordinary and i had to cut it up with the knife i received. overall not appealing. the chips were light, fresh and good. due to Covid 19 most restaurants are using cautionary measures with soda fountain machine use and table distancing. i did not see any caution except a few signs about wearing masks and social distancing.
I'm very disappointed by this location: they seem to never be consistent with my orders - there are always a few ingredients missing... But today it topped them all. Despite ordering (and paying for!!) extras I didn't get them. Heck! I didn't get the stuff that even comes with the order!! My salad came with: no pico, no Pueblo corn, no guac, no tomatoes, no cilantro, no cheese, and no dressing!! I ordered it to go - to enjoy my lunch outside at a park. I don't really feel like - nor I have time to be honest - driving back there and bringing this disgrace of the order. Attaching photos instead - I did nibble at the shell and tossed the \salad\ around (I'm hungry). No longer will be ordering from you guys - I'm just tired of the inconsistency.
Tried to save time by ordering online and picking up my order. Instead when I showed up at my scheduled time my one burrito wasn't ready and people in line got their food before me. Then once I get home with my burrito it doesn't have the right ingredients. I'm missing the queso that I paid extra for. So really this shows me there was no benefit to ordering ahead. If I waited in line I would have got my food sooner and the order would be correct because I would have been able tp correct them when they skipped over my hot salsa and the queso that I paid extra for. I'll just stick Chipotle from now on. Tried to switch things up a little but the last few times it hasn't worked out at this location.
