Spent 2 weeks on nearby campsite, the landlord of this pub was one of the friendliest I've ever come across. He really made a fuss of all our friends and families ... would 100% recommend the short walk to this proper pub from the holiday park ... thanks. The blackbeards went down a treat

Came for lunch with my parents. The building itself is decent, but there was only one member of staff working and the food took a long time to arrive. It was ok food, and the portion was a little small. Generally the ambience was a little sombre, not helped by the small portable radio blasting in the corner. A little eerie. With some extra staff and some sprucing up this place could be very good. Potential is there, just needs a little love!

Lovely cosy welcoming pub. Friendly locals. Dogs allowed. Closed Mondays.
The best thing about this pub is that your allowed to take the dig in......when its open. Had food and it wasn't very nice. Frizen abd small portion. Suggest you update your opening times as the times stated aren't correct
