Ordered a parcel from Amazon and received a message to say it was at this shop on Monday. Went to collect it and was told it wasn't there and to come back. I was shown from a distance an open parcel that I was sure was my item but told it had no name on it and they refused to check inside for me even though I told the older lady what would be in it. Went back today (5 days later) and was told it still wasn't there. I said it must be, so the man searched and I told him about the open parcel I had been shown. They found it in the plastic bin at the bottom it had my name on all along, opened. I won't be sending parcels here in future.
