Hit or miss. I’ve had 2 disappointing situations with this company where taxis fail to show, when they do show however they’re great. I don’t recommend them if you’re looking for a reliable service.

Tuesday 3rd of November at approximately 3pm outside Barford St Martin church one of your drivers (Blue jacket, balding, could do with more jog, less Ginsters) exited the drivers door of one of your minibuses and began shouting and flapping his arms in the middle of the road for no apparent reason. I'd like to point out he isn't a traffic controller, no matter what his mummy keeps telling him, he's actually a dangerous distraction when he opts to have one of his roadside tantrums. Upon leaning out the window to querie his apparent mental breakdown, he jumped back in the van like an incredibly cowardly greased up piglet. Imagine giving it Charlie big potatoes and then running away.. From a girl. What an actual wet blanket. Feel free to laugh at him back at the office, he's earned it.

I don't have a problem with the drivers but the lady I spoke to on the phone was rude and got angry at me for trying to ask a simple question of if it will be here in the next hour (as it was coming up to rush hour). She kept assuming that I was trying to say something else and kept interrupting me, when she finally understood the question she said \for God's sake it will be there within the next 10 minutes\. I wait 25 minutes and no taxi, ring up again to gently confirm that the taxi is coming to which she says yes. Its been an hour and no taxi.. I don't especially want to ring again because it would mean I have to speak with her again, I'm not one for confrontation but this really angered me. I was wanting to go to my Dad's to give him his belated birthday present. Now because I trusted the words of this lady, I wasted so much time and am so annoyed that I will go another day.
