Partner Phil very pleased to have had his Covid vaccination today. Well organised, polite & clear explanation of what was happening, in & out very promptly & all staff very reassuring. Very happy & much appreciated.

SMP provide a very high quality service. I've recently moved here and the service offered is simply outstanding by comparison with anywhere else that I've lived. Their admin can be a flaky at times, but people work around it with good humour.

Had my Covid19 vaccination today (4.2.21) at the Cathedral. Great communications by text when making appointment, confirmation paperwork arrived yesterday and all worked well. The only problem was caused by all the old folks who didn't bother to read the instructions so thought it was a good idea to turn up early rather than just 5 minutes before the appointed time. This resulted in a totally un-necessary queue with people complaining about the wait - which they had caused themselves! Full marks to SMP and all those involved - no sympathy for the complainers who delayed my appointment by 15 minutes.

I was invited to attend the vaccination centre in Salisbury Cathedral on Saturday 30th January. All I can say is, that it was absolutely PERFECT in every respect. From the parking attendant welcoming us in to The Close, throughout the whole experience, the staff, both medical, admin and numerous volunteers, were very well organised and couldn't have been more welcoming. The Cathedral itself was magnificent - truly a wonderful experience.

Zero stars for terrible system, tried all afternoon to phone, on hold every time for 4 minutes to 10 minutes, no one answers, phone hangs up. And you wonder why people call 999 or go to A&E. Is there anyone actually monitoring the phones? Absolutely terrible service, even had to put one star to post, not even worth that, minus 5 would be fair!
