I went a few years ago and saw a hedgehog. It was prickly.
Fascinating look at the history and nature of the area.. 4x4 made it fun too.
Brilliant way to see Salisbury Plain, very knowledgeable and friendly guide. We saw the countryside and nature including 25-30 bustards and 7 roe deer, heard about military history and local history, were driven in the water-filled tank tracks, very exciting, and we watched helicopters on manoeuvres and even saw a tank as we left. We will definitely go again at a different time of year for wild flowers and hopefully some sun.
Had a great time. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend!
