Always get great service here, but recently I arrived on a horribly wet morning with my two Chihauhau pups, we were looking for some winter/weatherproof coats for them. Not only was Lucy happy and friendly, but she was very informative and spent so much time with us, helping the boys into the coats and giving them lots of lovely attention, I wouldn't go anywhere else with the boys, always greeted so warmly. Well done Lucy and all of the team, we all appreciate it :) xx
Such a lovely shop, the staff are super helpful and lovely. Always really knowledgeable and kind to our dog, who loves them. We even took my mother-in-law's dog in today to get a harness fit and she's super pleased with herself. Would definitely recommend.
