Food was good like normal. We did have some dirty utensils guess the dish washer didn't do a good job. The waiter had a bad attitude like he was too good for his job. Think his name was Andrew, guess he didn't know his attitude affects his tips.

Usually very good, but tonight, not so much. Asked for medium rare steak. Brought out well done. They did correct it and comped one of my drinks, but it was still lacking. Also blooming onion only looked like a half order. Definitely not up to usual standards. It wasn't enough to stop me from going back though.

We frequent this Outback, and usually have a good experience. But Tuesday 01/26/2021 around 3, there was about 3 other people in the restaurant total, but we stood waiting to see a hostess for probably close to 10 minutes. All while the waitresses/bartenders walked by like we weren’t even there. When we were finally seated, Courtney was our server, she was nice I guess, but after waiting awhile, we got our blooming onion, she says “I guess my friends don’t want to help me”, in terms of saying she probably asked someone else to run our appetizer to us and they didn’t. Considering the onion was now about cold. We ate about half of it that was still kinda warm and couldn’t eat the rest because it was too cold. The other food wasn’t bad but she didn’t get a good tip for her comment alone. I work in food service as well and know how it can be sometimes, but you should probably work for your own tip rather than expect “your friends” to do it for you. Mind you it really wasn’t busy at all, like I said about 3 other people total was in this restaurant. We usually tip 15-20 but not that day, sorry. :(

Terrible service, terrible food. Lobster was over cooked, undercooked rice, we were served old dipping sauce that was dark and congealed on top. Everything was bland. Waitress never introduced herself and acted like we were bothering her the entire time. Definitely never going back. Do not recommend
