Fantastic atmosphere, lovely staff and great coffee! Would recommend. With these unprecedented times it is challenging to offer a great service, but the staff did a fantastic job. A very busy and thriving cafe, reflected in how many people were there but we had no issues at all and were happy to wait, safe in the knowledge that they are doing all they can to provide a clean environment for all. Definitely worth a visit, thanks all for a lovely experience, we'll be back!

Despite the great position, definitely one to avoid. Young employees with very little motivation. The lady could barely be bothered to seat us. No order taken for 25 minutes. When it arrived, the quality was appalling despite quite steep prices. Ingredients were obviously very cheap. If you are going for purely a drink it's probably OK. For food, absolutely terrible. One to avoid

Thoroughly enjoyed our recent visit to the Salisbury Museum Cafe. The home cooked food was delicious and beautifully presented, a view clearly shared by many others as it was full of customers on our visit but this is no way stopped the lovely, friendly staff from giving us great service in timely manner. What a delightful little find in a stunning setting overlooking the Cathedral. We loved the coffee and the cake was to die for!! We will be making this our regular spot for lunch from now on.

Lovely food and atmosphere but SLOW inattentive service (took over an hour for food to come and staff forgot water, ice & salad dressing)
