Really Dismal

Just an awful purchasing experience from start to finish. We only went there to start with because they were the only dealership in the area who had the car we wanted available to test drive. Except, when we turned up at our allotted time to test drive the car, it was nowhere to be seen. A few phone calls and three quarters of an hour later it eventually turned up. The test drive was fine and we liked the car so went home and sorted the spec we wanted. Called around a few dealers and despite not being the cheapest we decided to go with Mini Salisbury as they at least provided us with a demonstrator. We were told to expect delivery end of September (9 weeks); fine. Well after many broken promises, emails and phone calls we eventually picked up a blue car (despite ordering a green one, but that’s another story) in the third week of October. We have never had such awful service from any car sales department, ever. Very little contact, lies, and general apathy lead to the most painful car buying process we have ever had. We had better service buying a 3000 car from a second hand car dealer in Poole, than a 36,000 Mini from MIni Salisbury. And don't bother complaining either, they, and Mini UK will just fob you off. Truly appalling

Tom was excellent in recommending products to keep my Mini in prime condition throughout its time with me. Each week Tom let me know how amazingly in these challenging times Mini were keeping to production and delivery schedules. Delighted in every way. Wholly recommend. My wife and I picked up our new car on Friday and we received exceptional customer service from Sam Chapman on the sales side, Jonathon Oliver for the financing and Chris Chambers-Clark. We are returning customers and wouldn't consider going anywhere else for our minis as they are always able to help. They tracked down the exact new car that we wanted which took them a while but they were only too happy to do this for us. It's such a pleasure dealing with them all and they make the whole process fun and easy from start to finish. Will be using them again when it's time to trade in our other Mini! Highly recommend!
