found hairs in my chicken & what looked like dried skin or some form of dandruff in my Kebab pretty unsanitary place

We ordered from here last night 31/12/20 What a disappointment! Chips were soggy, I ordered a shish kebab, I recieved what looked like to me raw chicken, alongside literally a spoonful of brown lettuce. My sons pizza had a black hair cooked into the cheese, ( if you can call it cheese) more like a tasteless rubber. My partners mixed kebab, tasted off, the meat was like sand, bitty and grainy, ( not like meat at all) When I rang and explained my issues, they said they will send out 2 more kebabs, and collect the old food, and my raw chicken for testing. But could only refund me for the pizza IF they test the chicken and it comes back raw?! What the hell has a hair in my pizza, got to do with uncooked chicken? No apology at all, wont be using again.

very unfriendly place staff was rude to me and my son he has autism and gets stressed easy, no hair nets was worn while cooking the food
