I don't usually leave reviews but felt the need to on this occasion as the food that I ate provided by Salisbury Hog Roasts was amazing. Very tasty and lots of it!

Our wedding caterer pulled out a week before our wedding in August last year, and Salisbury Hog Roast saved the day. After sending an enquiry email I received a call from Nick in less than 5 minutes. He managed to sort everything out last minute within an hour, as they managed to find capacity for us. The food was amazing and went down well with our guests. I can't recommend Salisbury Hog Roast enough, and can't thank them enough for saving the day and going to extra mile to sort bits out.
We paid them in full for a wedding that due to cancer did not go ahead. We tried several times to communicate with them, however they are never responsive (unless when they steal your money). I turned up at their market stall in salisbury to discuss face to face, find a solution like rebooking or receive the money back (I was happy to leave them the deposit although they behaved so shameless) but was intimidated by an awful woman shouting abuse at me and claiming it is all my fault that I fell ill in first place. My partner tried to reason with them before going on tour (army) and was told by same woman that 'she hopes he doesn't make it back'. Avoid like Covid19. They are robbers at best. I eventually send them an email in resignation to at least give the money to charity as they never provided their service and was told I never booked with them. You sent me a confirmation of payment in full! Nasty people who are full of hate, greed and selfishness.
Nick and his team catered our wedding in June this year. So, so happy with everything. Nick was able to advise us in the run up with varying items and had useful tips and ideas which we would never have thought of. The food itself was excellent and exactly what we wanted. They catered seamlessly for our 180 guests and everyone enjoyed the food as everything was eaten to the last crumb! A very important part of our special day. Thank you very much for everything! Attended a function this company were catering / providing a BBQ for, and was not impressed: burgers were 'soggy', burger buns were cheap & 'overpowered' the burger, sausages were all practically charcoal, & very basic selection of sauces.
