Wouldn't normally review a shop unless they particularly bad or particularly good, on this occasion it's particularly good. It was the sales assistant in Carphone Warehouse that made an annoying issue with my phone a seamless experience. She was calm and appeared knowledgeable, if only all retailers could have staff trained to help people and show off their products!

No good costumer service very poor.
Only 4 stars due to them not having the video game in syock we wanted, extremely helpful though, couldn't fault them.
Good covid precautions, good spacing and clear instructions. Fairly good choice of appliances within although not all the new range phones (smaller section in this store). Helpful staff, hand gel on arrival and one way system.
Very polite service from all the staff especially the person who served me. Prompt service and fully informed me of relevant details.
