We were very satisfied with the care and service Chris White provided for our father - especially with the added challenges of Covid 19. Helen in the office provided much friendly support and information and Chris White himself was on hand on the day to ensure all went well. The other staff on the day provided a discreet and respectful presence. All in all, a positive experience in the midst of a distressing time. Recommended.
All you could want at a difficult time with so much to organise. At a time of deep sadness for me, Amy combined empathy, professionalism and understanding. Amy made the whole process, as simple and smooth as it can be, anticipating our requirements and guiding me through, step by step. At the Service Amy and her team conducted my mother's coffin and flowers in the best way I could wish.
All the team at Whites could not have been more helpful in organising my mother’s funeral. It’s not an easy time but they’re so experienced and thoughtful that it all went as smoothly as could be hoped. Chris White funeral directors provided such care and attention to detail at the funeral of Dad. Especially Helen and Amy who provided such professionalism, knowledge, sympathy and support. The ceremony was faultless and so was the service that all the staff provided. It was a difficult time for the family and friends of David but their kindness and gentleness allowed a lasting moment.
