The ordering and delivery (To Europe as it happens) was faultless. I was contacted about a possible anomaly which was rectified BEFORE the order was sent - and everything arrived quicker than expected - no idea what the beer will taste like though! Very impressed so far though

Avoid Buying. They will send their leftovers and expired items and refuse to replace they sent me their leftovers. One of the yeasts was expired and another one was about to expire in a week. I asked them to replace these. Greg asked me to send a photo as an evidence of my claim. I was shocked that they want evidence for a 2 product. After many emails he refused to send another item as one of them has a week of expiry date. These products have long expiry date and when these are about to expire it means that they yeast wont activate/work. Worst customer service for such a cheap product.

Never had any issues with BrewUk. Ive previously placed four orders since 2019, with no issues in delivery or quality. Most orders were for all-grain recipes showing in-stock on their website. Last order was a couple of days ago - Tues. 12th Jan for all grain ingredients (craftybrew) and misc yeast, chemicals etc. Order dispatched Friday 15th, and arrived today 18th Jan.

The mash tun is falsely advertised as brewpucks that has a solid filter at the bottom. Instead they actually sold me an overpriced picnic cooler modified with low DIY skills that is leaking and the filter comes off when mashing. Gave them every opportunity to make it right as I called and send them severals emails but never bothered to reply. Will not be using you again.
