Finding the message you get first once connected confusing.Says durringtom practice closed then phone just rings and rings then cuts off.According to their website surgery is open !so why isnt phone being answered!.not good!

Really good doctors and reception staff, really friendly and they do care about their patients. I've received great care from the surgery, I have no complaints at all. They've helped me though many an issue including pneumonia and I have a 2x level spinal fusion. They have been brilliant with jy two daughters too. They really are a good surgery and we're lucky to be part of this!

Avon Valley practice has a warm friendly atmosphere . The staff are always very helpful and help as much as possible, the doctor's are very thourough. Since being diagnosed with a auto immune condition Dr Ross Russell has been brilliant I would definitely recommend them and the Practice .

Yes it is frustrating waiting for a telephone connection but if I ever need an appt with a g p I never have to wait long to see one

Have used since the late 1980s. Is quite frustrating to have to wait nearly a minute and a half when phoning because you have an intro from one of the partners and a presentation about repeat prescriptions....
