When my refrigerator stopped working, I had just went to the grocery store. I was in a panic, since it was Saturday I couldn’t get a repairman, I wasn’t sure what to do, I decided to call Mikes, happy to say I spoke to Mike told him my situation and he worked with me and I got a new refrigerator that day. The weather was terrible but the delivery guys were awesome, they removed my old refrigerator and installed the new one. The guys were helpful and professional.
Kirk, Russell, and all the guys at Mike's rent to own here in Salina are great. They are friendly and work with you to get what you need. Love Mike's.
Jasmine helped me out made my day alot easier and better along with Russell he helped me out alot as well
Russell and Kirk have always done me right. When I was off work without pay for nearly 3 weeks, they didn't threaten to pick stuff up. Instead, they worked with me and I kept them apprised of the situation. They're awesome people to deal with. There's also a lady in Hutch that is working with me to pay off a loan I got through them a while back. Again, without threats but with understanding and compassion and a willingness to work together with me!
Kirk and Jasmyne were fantastic we switched from RAC and im so far impressed way better experience already!
