The best Indian/Punjabi food in London. Local feel and always a warm welcome from the family run business. Surprised this place doesn't have constant ques out the door!!! The fresh samosas are amazing. The breads rolled out and cooked in front of you. Very fair prices too!!

Since Salim opens on Turnpike Lane the one at the end of the road. My family have been buying food from them and it's very tasty, but the one opposite food hall is not as good as it was before when it first open. The customer service is unacceptable. The owner there don't like to hear negative comments. I would not be buying there anymore.
I have been going to Salims restaurant for over 20 years (since I was a little girl with my dad) and the food is delicious. Salims catered for my sons birthday party in August 2020 and the food was amazing!!! It was beautifully seasoned and perfectly cooked. The food was very well packaged. My guests were very pleased with the food. The customer service and kindness from the staff is fantastic. They even carried the food to the car for us. I would give Waseem and his team 10 stars if it was possible. Thank you so much Salims for helping me make my sons day special. I highly reccomend this restaurant. You will not be disappointed :)
Love the food at this recent find - classic Indian/Pakistani dishes, done really well and at a very reasonable price. The weekend special biryanis are among the best I’ve tried in London, and a bargain at 5 to take away. The freshly made naan at a mere 70p is nothing to be sniffed at too. I definitely need to explore more of telegram menu. In terms of vegetarian items, the tarka daal was excellent.
