The staff are very very nice and too friendly. I had a tough situation where my daughter's photo dint meet the expectation. I tried clicking on the photo booth and many staffs assisted me even without me asking for their help. I was really moved and in the end it did not work as she was too young to pose correctly. One of the staff gave me a near by photo studio address and they also gave me additional time. In the end I was able to submit my applications with all their assistance. Really appreciate all the staff members there. They helped almost everyone I saw requiring some kind of assistance. Overall they are best.

A great customer experience and credit goes the entire staff especially the supervisor - she has so much patience! We applied as group of 6 people (4 adults 2 kids) and there were quite a few issues of which photo was the major one! My 4 year old photo was not accepted, we tried couple of times in the photo booth and by that time child was out of control and wasn't ready to get any other photo clicked. The supervisor (Delel - if I remember her name correctly!) was of great help to us calming down the kid with cookies/candies and ensure photo was reviewed before we had the actual print for the third time. We really appreciate all the help provided to ensure our application success. We highly recommend this visa servicing facility! Thanks again

Applied for my Belgium visa here lately. The supervisor lady of Belgium sector was super friendly and helpful. Staying in the UK on a short stay visa is almost impossible to apply for a Schengen visa from most of the EU countries but Belgium was a little more welcoming to foreigners. Again the staff working for Belgium made the process less stressful than it sounds and the supervisor lady was especially chill and patient when explaining all the procedures related to the process. My experience was great. Thank you :)

Very good experience. Nice Staff and nice environment for a visa service. Everyone been so nice with me especially the Lady setting on her office on the back who helped me without asking her. it's been a wonderful experience with excellent service provided.greatly recommend.

I was there for applying the Switzerland visa. People there are unbelievably nice and very helpful. I got some documents wrong but the girl who are taking care of my application help me to complete my document and make everything right. She’s amazing and really patient! I have never enjoy my visa application experience so much like this time.
