Amazing! Julie (I believe) and Brian made us feel super welcome and part of their crew. They had sweet doggies that just loved on us while we got a tour. Also their flavors of maple and their maple spread ! Oh my word! We will be ABSOLUTELY ordering more. Such a sweet local couple who are doing what they love. Go support them !!

This is the best Maple Farm I've visited. They have a perfect mix of the old and new. New mechanical systems for filtering, but still using wood to fire the sap into syrup. I took a group of kids to visit and they helped them make maple candies, answered all their random questions, let them taste the different grades of syrup, and showed them the whole process from sap collection to jarring. Brian and Julie we're so wonderful! Put this sugar shack on your bucket list!

We go see all the local sugar houses every spring, but Wild Hill Maple really has something special happening! Not only is the syrup second to none, but Brian really puts a lot of heart into his operation and it is abundantly obvious to anyone who visits. He is extremely knowledgeable and is willing to share that knowledge with anyone who will listen. The countless hours he has put into improving his building, making candies, cleaning and sanitizing, and filling tiny syrup jars is apparent as you take in the scene. Wild Hill Maple *is* New York maple!
Best syrup I've ever had, the owners are fantastic people. Beautiful location. Definitely going back next maple sugar weekend. Oh yes, open year round and do mail orders as well. Did I mention reasonable pricing too??
