Stadium Service goes beyond good Service, they truly provide Great Service. Had a unique issue and they took the time to figure out what was wrong, no run around - fixed it the 1st time and offered courtesy transportation - which was a huge help. They picked up the vehicle, completed the Service and delivered my vehicle back to me - The Extra Mile is standard protocol. Kevin the Service Manager kept me updated the entire time - Thanks for everything!

First time to stadium. Over all was a good experience. I was there an hour and a half for service. Oil change, all inspections and car wash etc. that it entails. But waiting area was clean. I didn’t see the free WiFi sign until it was almost over lol. But that’s nice. The advisor was super nice, professional,and informative throughout the process. Even gave me a coupon that saved me money for my first time trying the dealership. I was thrilled ! Big help.
Watch out for last minute surprises. We purchased a used car and only found out that it had a single key fob as the salesman was handing over the keys. Just felt a little shady that we were not told about this earlier in the process. So be careful of nickel and dime things from this dealership. Edit: I did not contact my sales rep, he was off when I picked up the vehicle. Just felt like something that should be disclosed up front and ultimately provided when purchasing a 45k vehicle.
They sold me a 2021 tahoe and promised to get my FL plates. 3 mo later still no plates and my 2ns issued temp tag expires tomorrow. Their clerk Toni stated they cannot issue me a 3rd temp. She said she'd call FL but not sure what they can do. It's the dealerships responsibility and promise. It was part of the deal. If I can't get plates or temp then take the car back or undo the deal. I should not pay for a car I can't drive legally. This experience is so stressful and unending. They yes you to death to make a sale then blow you off (sales rep Nicholas Sharpe not responsive then when he finally did, he asked for my attorney to contact the dealership. ) If I don't get remedy by tomorrow I will have to sue to get out of this deal / file bbb / have my staff member dedicate 2 weeks to post unending negative reviews everywhere possible. After all I'd be stuck at home unable to drive.
