Southfields Veterinary Surgery

Unfortunately, I've had a poorly cat this week, however, the service I have received at Southfields has been excellent. The reception staff have been most helpful and the vet, Lizzie, has been wonderful! She has kept me up to date with blood tests and results and has really reassured me. Thank you very much!

We started using Southfield Vets when we got our puppy during the first lockdown and ever since our first phone call to them asking advice before our pup came home, they have exceeded all of our expectations. Every single staff member we have come into contact with has provided us reassurance, advice and support. Our little pup is now nearly one and she was very anxious going into the vets but the care and time that staff at Southfield Vets have taken to get to know her has been outstanding and now she will often go in confidently. Southfield Vets have gone above and beyond for us and we would highly recommend them to every pet owner. Nothing is every too much trouble for them and we are very lucky to be registered with you. You have made the past few tricky months much easier for an anxious puppy Mum for which we will always be grateful for and remember. Thank you so much.

I always find southfields so caring towards my 2 cats and dog and they also understand that Hagrid, one of my cats, gets extremely stressed leaving the house, which makes me really stressed too. Today when I had to take him for his booster, they understood this and saw to him as quickly as they could and reassured me too, explaining what they are going to do as I couldn't go in with him which added to both mine and Hagrid stress levels. He was back outside with me in no time at all, they told me to just take him home and phone payment through later. Thank you Carol, Lizzie and Co for always being there for us. Very professional vets, had to see them at short notice at the beginning of December as our old cat had deteriorated, they fitted me in no problem all social distanced and they were sympathetic throughout it made a difficult decision feel easier.
