This is the fifth time we have used Firtree and the service and care is just as we remember from our week of hell 2 years ago. The other night our neighbours had to tell us that our beloved outdoor-girl Midnight was hit by a speeding car while crossing our very wide street and dumped at the side of the road (apparently they said they \didn't see her\ before driving off). Yesterday morning Midnight was collected with the compassion we remember and was returned to us last night in the same lovely box with engraved nameplate as the other 4. Thank you once again for all your help. P.S. My daughter and I were sad to learn of Peter's passing. We will always remember his amazing kindness and help when we needed it most, and Firtree is a wonderful legacy to leave.

I cannot recommend Peter enough. My 14 year old boxer Jessie passed away last week and I was heartbroken. After we called Peter at 4pm he came to our house within the hour to pick her up, promised he would look after her and brought her back by 10am the next day. She was in a lovely box with a clipping of her hair. I am so thankful to Peter for his kindness and professionalism at a really tough time for our family. Thanks again Sally and Dale.
I have had a terrible experience with this company. They failed to do what they promised and made excuse after excuse and I am left in grave doubt as to whether my gorgeous old girl was looked after properly. I recommend you use a licensed pet crematorium rather than this company if you want peace of mind. I’ve been left feeling let down and very upset. Happy to share my experience with others if required.
We lost our lovely old boy Harvey just over a week ago. The team at Firtree were so understanding, kind and caring. Harvey was back with us within 2 days. His beautiful urn takes pride of place in our living room and his clay paw prints and fur clippings are a lovely touch. We would highly recommend Firtree Pet Crematorium.
It was only 29 short hours from when Baxter first went to the vet to us having the hardest decision to make. I made the call to Firtree prior to Baxters last visit so everything was arranged and planned. Peter travelled all the way to Wigan and collected Baxter on time and called me when he had arrived at the crematorium. The next morning Peter called when we was on his way to bring Baxter home, he was in a gorgeous wooden box with this name engraved. Peter even cut some of Baxters fur which was amazing to us as it's something we didn't think of. Such a professional, thoughtful and compassionate service and I will recommend to everyone. Thank you Peter and Firtree for everything. I couldn't have contacted a better company.
