My Mum loves going on trips with Elite and is always booking with them. Fantastic value for money and she always mentions how great all the staff are from the office staff to the coach drivers they can't do enough to help.

Although our trip to Alton towers was through National holidays, 10/8/19. Connor is one of your young drivers. He is a credit to your company. Why this bus/coach company calls itself Elite i do not know as it is anything but! We have had to use this bus service for just over 4 years paying 120 a month in order for my daughter to get to school from Altrincham/Hale to Cheadle Hulme. We are now paying almost double this as our younger daughter is having to use this dreadful service. The buses that have been provided are so old they continually break down on an almost weekly basis. Last week the Tyre “blew out” outside the school gates. The bus has previously broken down in unsafe areas such as on busy roads and close to motorways where the children have had to get off the bus to get on another one. This in my opinion is very unsafe, especially when there are 10 and 11 year olds on the bus! The bus leaks water from the outside in, bags that are put on the floor become soaked and school work damaged and unfortunately because the bus is old and cramped the bags have to be placed on the floor when there is also an Art folder and sports bag to carry! The most recent bus which has replaced the old yellow double decker ( which broke down almost weekly) has windows upstairs that will not close. The bus is also either freezing in the winter or stiflingly hot in the Summer with no heating or air conditioning. I believe Elite has promised the school after many complaints from parents that it will provide a “newer” bus after October half term 2019. I am not hopeful that this bus will be much better as profit appears to be Elites priority! I look forward to your response but please do not patronize me with your standard reply of “we strive to improve our services wherever we can”!

Ok, let's do this one more time; a semi-comphrehensive, easy to understand review of Elite. Especially applicable to Route A. Good things - 1) The drivers are all cool guys - thanks for stopping off at the kulshi the past 4-5 years. 2) Sometimes they were forced to give us decent buses when the ones they usually gave us broke down. 3) Usually punctual, unless it was Friday or a term end where they'd always be late. 4) The irony of their name. Bad Things - 1) Their buses are literally falling apart, especially the yellow double decker. Also, some are just so terrible that if you put your bag anywhere after its been raining, it'll be soaked through. 2) It's not only cheaper but also probably safer just to use public buses. I doubt they break down as frequently; 4 times in one term is too much, especially when its the same bus and you somehow manage to 'repair' it in less than 8 hours just for it to break 1 week later. 3) You'll randomly be forced to present a bus pass - thanks Sam Nixon -that you'll have never had to use before - quite literally after 7 years I only had to use it once, in the last year. 4) The website is just bad - seriously come on, its 2019, not 1999. Also please, for the love of god correct \Elite relies on late bookings ... and sells them at the last minute\, it just hurts to read it. 5) James never got to experience Route A without Ali.
