I saw Sarah this morning and by the end of the session I felt like crying in relief as I had felt so depressed with the pain I had been experiencing but she was able to provide some relief and gave me such good advice and explained the problems so well. Great company to support women pre and post natal. I had an appointment today with Sarah to discuss some concerns I had six weeks post birth of my little girl. Sarah’s assessment was very comprehensive and she is very knowledgeable about women’s health. The advice I was given is amazing. Thank you. I look forward to putting into practice my exercise and looking forward to recovering quicker.

I cannot recommend Bump to Beyond enough!! I came here after having my first baby for a Mummy MOT and follow up physio sessions. Debs is absolutely brilliant with diagnostics, and also appropriate exercises for tummy gap, pelvic floor, glutes and everything else. Every issue or question has been answered, and I was so much more confident about returning to exercise. I have just had another baby and am definitely returning for my Mummy MOT and follow ups. I recommend this place to everyone... all new mums should have access to Debs and the team with their specialist postnatal knowledge and skills to help all mums. As well as being brilliant at what they do, they are all so friendly, welcoming and put you at ease.
