Excellent food, great service - very hospitable, the manager was very attentive and stopped by to make sure everything was ok and get feedback on the food.
Tasty place in Astana. Good local food. Reasonable price , perhaps not budget food, but worth to try local food. Beshbarmak was great. Bread was warm (big ups) Menu was extensive. Service was nice, English speaking waiters available. Not busy during lunch time on Saturday.
Amazing experience in Saksaul. First of all, thank Takhir for his kindness and service, second I would like to thank the restaurant manager Didst as the hospitality provided was excellent, even he gave me a little souvenir, something that I collect and that I very much appreciate. The food was extraordinary, very nice and tasty and the environment cannot be better. I strongly recommend this place for a very nice meal. Thank you all for this experience! I'm sure that if I go back to Astana (Nur-Sultan) I'll go back to Saksaul!
We loved this place. Staff were attentive and food was delicious. The meat literally fell off the bone. The traditional fried bread was great. The soup was simple but very tasty. The atmosphere is really lovely inside.
This restaurant tends to be full quick in the evening. So consider making a reservation or give yourself an ample time by coming in earlier. Foods are considered fine. My favorites are camel milk, salad and tandyr meat. BUT...A glass of camel milk here can be almost as expensive as one bottle of Georgian white wine at the supermarket shelves!!!
