Very good, me and 2 mates were served by a french guy with glasses and a beard, he was extremely friendly and made it a very simple and easy experience. Woman at till was a bit moody though.

Avoid at all costs! We were totally ripped off here. First we had to pay 12 eur for the snowshoes when you can rent them anywhere else for 8 eur. We were told that the rent would go for one day,we told them we would go back the next day to return them and then they charged us for a second day without having us warned before that one day meant \the same day\. The second day he charged us 9.5 eur instead of 12 for no apparent reason. In all, don't rent anything here or at least make sure that they give you all the information.

Expérience mitigée. Réservation en ligne à plusieurs reprises : pas de problème. Mais matériels abîmés et pas très « rassurant ». Attache du snowboard qui s’est dévissée en pleins milieu de la station. Bien embêtant pour redescendre à la voiture et trouver de quoi réviser pour pratiquer correctement. Sinon personnel plutôt sympa, dommage pour la matos. Je n’ai plus réservé après cette expérience.

Le Mr qui est à l'accueil et la caisse était vraiment top et sympathique par contre les deux dames qui donnaient l'équipement étaient vraiment désagréable voir malpoli. J'ai rarement vu des personnes comme ca. Il faut changer de travail au lieu de déverser sa frustration sur le client. Vraiment dommage.
