Exceptionally rude Douane officer... the lady was lovely... the man was not. Not the best equipped airport I've ever seen either

Just do anything you can to avoid this horrible horrible airport. Just look at the pictures. The first and second is a two hours waiting for passport control coming in. Waiting outside in the freezing temperatures with kids. The third is the unbelievable idiotic and inefficient queue leaving. Good bless we are out of here. Would never for any cost come back to this airport.

Thanks to Brexit, we had 19/180 person in the plane, and no queue at all

Not as bad as everyone makes out, as long as you don't fly there on a busy Saturday!!. Check in and bag drop civilised and security quick enough. Arriving is worse than departing, as you literally arrive into a temporary cabin. Much better than a few years ago though. We even got a free chocolate marshmallow at bag drop.

This was a pleasant airport, nice french people (rare) however shame about red ski face women who forgot how to tan properly or have a wash. It’s not the 1700s. Bought a Toblerone for mum and dad and was pleasantly surprised by the 3 for 2 deal. Thank you Mr Duty Free, god works in mysterious ways.

I can only pray to a God I don't believe in that you don't end up in this airport for a second longer than absolutely necessary. The facilities are woeful. The delapidated shed in my back garden would almost certainly be preferable than this airport. Our flight was delayed for 4 hours due to storm (no blame to the airport of course), however that meant the lobby was completely full of people. There was nowhere to sit, and our party all ended up laying on the floor for around 3 hours. Eventually the flight was cancelled and we ended up sitting in the airport for a further 2 hours whilst coaches and hotels were arranged for us. Dinner was provided in the form of a cheese toasty. Thank the God I don't believe in that it didn't cost anything. It is a travesty that the vast majority of extreme sport companies in the UK use this airport for Alps holidays. 1 star is too generous.

Probably the worst developed-world airport I have ever been through. It is simply not designed to cope with the volume of passengers going through it. Farcical does not do this place justice. One thing noted was the annoying posts in the middle of the queuing areas for the check-in; they don't appear to serve a useful purpose other than to annoy. Surely, with the amount of money flowing through this airport, some simple improvements could be made. Maybe the airport managers take a perverse pleasure in making travelers journeys as miserable as possible. Not entirely sure how the Google maps algorithm has given this place 2 stars, considering every review (except one) is 1 star.
