After very average sightseeing in Bordeaux, our expectations were low, but both my husband & I thoroughly enjoyed our wine tour at Château la Dominique! It was a scorching 40 outside but the guide showed us the key areas on site and continued the detailed explanation indoors, in a more conducive environment. I learnt so much on the 1 hour tour (Visite La Charme) and the guide patiently answered all our questions in English and French. The tour concluded with a tasting of 3 wines, which once again explained the nuances of drinking wine. The vineyard itself is beautiful, with stunning views. Absolutely loved the entire experience and highly recommend it.

great architecture and amazing views over the wineyards; it was a short stay as we were on our route back home and just stopped to get a lunch for our kid - the restaurant manager was kind enough to pack that to go, so thank you for that! having places like this which are high end in terms of quality but without being smug in terms of service is really refreshing.
Nice Chateau restaurant with great food. Food and wine are in good quality but the elgant atmosphere is something only exceptional restaurants could have.
I was here for the visit of the winery and then i dined at the restaurant on the rooftop! The whole experience was wonderful i really enjoyed it
