Today I discovered, Le Caruso has Gabriela Stoker as their chef ! Previously a chef for Alain LLorca, her love of food is obvious. Delicate flavour combinations made into art for the senses. Sacred food next to the church...search no further to dine.

Worst meal ever, beyond expensive, not so welcoming staff. Great place if you love gummy bears with your bill, and I wish I was joking.
The serving was elegant and all the dishes were excellent.
