Mixed feelings. Depends on Pharmacist - Leo excellent and really efficient. Not always the case. All dispensing staff are great, professional and helpful. Shame they close at 8pm due to COVID. No doubt that’ll return to 10-11pm at some point.

Long que, told they never received a prescription that I handed in. Dispensed the wrong item, after an additional hour wait. Some good members of staff but dragged down by people serving who clearly have memory issues... This once was one of the best pharmacies in town now one to be avoided. Waiting times are one thing but incompetency rules the roost here i'm afraid...
Clear, concise information and advice. The pharmacists are always so helpful and knowledgeable and the assistants are always polite.
