I found Noonans friendly and extremely professional. Their local knowledge is second to none. They handled absolutely every part of the process. From finding a suitable tenant for our property to moving the person in. They even arranged someone to give the place a deep clean. The video showing the condition of the property prior to our new tenant moving in was a nice touch.

My partner and I were looking to move into our first rented property together and we wanted to do so as quickly as possible. Even during a global pandemic, from the very first point of contact with Noonan Property Services, Ellie Lucas was an absolute star! She made the whole 'first time renting' experience a breeze for us from start to finish, we moved into the property within 3 weeks of applying! I would absolutely recommend Noonan Property Services to anyone wishing to have a stress-free transition into a new home.
Noonan property services have been professional, friendly and extremely fast paced throughout my move. I moved during lockdown with circumstances that meant it needed to be quick. They were adaptable and understanding of my situation. They kept me updated throughout the process and the turnaround from viewing to moving in was literally 3 days. They put themselves out to make this possible for me and I am so grateful. Special thanks to Natalie and Ellie who I have dealt with during my move. Would highly recommend Noonan property services to anyone wishing to move in the future
The process from moving from one rental to another was very straightforward, quick (even with the lockdown!) and effective. Staff was very helpful, and pleasant. Before moving in, Noonan Property Services created a very thorough Check in Report, with lots of details and photos, which I'm sure will be very useful upon check out. We were impressed. Honestly don't have anything negative to say for moving into a rental with Noonan property services. I would recommend.
