Where do I even start?! Contacted Lisa mid morning on a Saturday in the hope she might be able to deliver some balloons early the next week. A couple of emails later she was making them and delivered them that evening! Not only that, she went to the extra effort of tweaking and improving the design, and buying a card for the recipient and writing it out for us. Honestly couldn't be happier. Remember when customer service and pride in the job was important? It still is here. Thank you!
