Poor baned me service because failed communication i am deaf and one eye blind banned me agruged lady staff refused refunds goods reason I has robbery to my place and I am desperate money refunds the whoes staff said refused I show provide crime records number and staff still refused I don't like boots and reported headiffice are no care
Friendly and lots of choice. Brilliant xmas tree selection and no needles lost yet!
I use boots mainly for my prescriptions, not really for anything else but staff are always helpful and friendly
