It's IKEA! You know they're good at what they do. Very easy to find & access right on the southern ring road. Park underneath if it is hot & sunny or raining. Canteen queues for obligatory meatballs are huge from 11h50 to 13h00 but calm at times when the locals believe it is illegal to eat.
Don't trust the Pointe de Retrait in Annecy. My order was not available on the designated day/time and they have no way of saying when it might be available (\you need to come back and check...\). Order tracking on line is useless. I gave up in trying to contact customer service: no one ever answers despite repeated and prolonged attempts. Shop in person. Avoid IKEA on line at all costs.
I am gonna give four stars only because of the 5 EUR they take when buying an item during covid.
Very organized and clean place with good staff
IKEA on the outskirts of Grenoble, accessible by public transport (bus 14 or 15). Has the usual selection of furniture and furnishings. Stock and online ordering can be a bit patchy. Signage can be improved. Staff are friendly.
Excellent place to buy household appliances. Good quality products in reasonable price.
Awesome . Scene near Ikea store.
