Juste sublime et magnifique vue

Une fortification pour laquelle tout Lillois qui se respecte identifie la patte du maître constructeur Vauban. Magnifique à parcourir. Fait notable, une prison encore en activité avec 400 prisonniers au sein de la fortification.

Very nice bit of old walls, impressive fortified bay but was expecting to be able to see a bit more than just the outer wall! The inner part seems to be a functioning secure site south no public access.
