There was no-one at the Sixt counter when we arrived which was slightly disappointing as they knew we were coming but after ringing the contact number, somebody was with us within 5 or 6 minutes. The pick up procedure was very straightforward and the agent was very friendly and helpful. The agent didn't walk around the car with us to confirm any damage instead he explained where the damage was and advised us to take pictures as a backup in case of any dispute. The area where the car was parked isn't too far away from the ferry terminal but could be difficult for anyone with mobility problems. I don't think the car was the exact model I'd ordered but it was in good condition, very comfortable and easy to drive. We returned the car a week later. The procedure was to park in the same car park area (entry code required) and return the keys to the ferry terminal. There was nobody at the desk when we got back so we posted the keys in the drop box. All in all, pretty happy with the experience and would hire from that Sixt location again.

Si vous etes à ST Malo alors passez votre chemin, allez chez la concurrence vous aurez moins de surprises. Prix de la facture finale 2x plus élevé que le devis. Le Franchisé ne respecte pas les règles ni les clients du réseau Sixt. Tres mauvaise expérience. Je suis client chez Sixt depuis longue date mais je n'ai jamais eu de si mauvaise expérience.
Réservation rapide et pratique. Prix très intéressant. Très bon accueil lors du retrait du véhicule et de son retour. Véhicule conforme au descriptif. Très bonne expérience, je recommande !
Expérience très positive - location un Samedi matin d'un utilitaire - . L'accueil est agréable, le véhicule propre et les documents relatifs à sa location sont lisibles et ils sont rapidement établis . Merci encore pour cette location à prix correct, sans langueur en ce qui concerne la remise des clés et du véhicule, ainsi que votre professionalisme.
