My French is pretty bad (Canadian high school) but they have been very accommodating both times we've been here. My husband and I live just across the boarder in Germany and this is our favourite place to get hair cuts. They do great work (most important) and are reasonably priced. Very friendly despite language challenges. They do have some staff that speak English and/or German if you need it.

My wife went for a manicure, apart from the language barrier they used a polish that was in bad shape, they didn't care to remove all the cuticles, they filed the nails at different lenghts and shapes they told her the polish was already dry when it was not and they got chipped. Terrible service!!

Je suis très contente et je remercie les filles qui m'ont accueilli. La coiffeuse Océane a fait un travail au top, et en plus, très rapide (sachant que j'ai une chevelure assez dense)! J'y reviendrai certainement et je recommanderai ce salon à mes amis.
