Lovely place, excellent cuisine with great service and relatively good prices. Overwhelming choice of wines, of course.

My wife & I just had an incredible meal & service at 'The Cave' ! The Fois Gras is indescibable, it's is such a pleasure to have! With a fresh made piece of bread & an apricot-based condiment that all together 'dance' in one's mouth & the party doesn't stop as the body absorbs! Valerie had the Veal chop with fresh-Ziti-pasta & creamy mushroom sauce. (mushrooms are not her favorite thing to eat and yet she didn't hestitate to enjoy, her plate, thoroughly! I have the Beef cutlet accompanied by a slightly tart mustard sauce & a medoly of fresh vegetables cooked to perfection! This just may be the top meal we've had in France/Switerland even after enjoying Chef Gordon Ramsey's PETRUS a few weeks ago in London.

Sunday, june 2d at 21.30 the waitress denied to serve meal arguing that they are closied as attended last client. Only 2 tablea were occupied and ppl still have 2d dishes- not a dessert. On web site the closing time is 22:45. Very bad. I attended that place since 3013 time to time bringig friend but it changed a lot till now - more expensive, not as good choice of french cousine and now the service.
