The 4G box this company sell has a house phone connector that does not work. Bouygues do not provide any connection via this standard phone connector. If you buy a 4G box from SFR then the box not only has a standard phone connector that works but also the box has 4 ethernet connectors as well as standard WiFi. If you buy the 4G box from Bouygues and a SIM card for your mobile the SIM card is free for 12 months. But you are not told about the lack of standard phone connection and if you return the 4G box because of the lack of connection the SIM card reverts to a charged card. Be warned. A much better service is with SFR.

Bouygues Telecom bat les records pour être très agréable avec ses clients faisant comprendre qu'ils ne sont pas là pour t'emmerder avec les gens je trouve lamentable cet accueil lamentable ce magasin et encore plus le personnel une certaine responsable du magasin qui ne sais dire une chose je suis qu'un vendeur je ne peux rien faire pour vous changer de métier merci
