My best men booked this for my stag party and it was absolutely amazing. It was the only thing we did that weekend that the whole group was able to take part in. Adé and Brendan were amazing guides that took a group with mixed ages and abilities on a fantastic adventure. Some of our group were not strong swimmers or very able bodied but they made sure everyone was able to make the very most of the trip. I would definitely go back and would definitely recommend for others looking for a great day out.

I booked up my family for the classic white water rafting (wife 43yrs, children 12yrs, 14yrs, 16yrs and me 51yrs). I wasn't sure what the family would make of the experience, but was really pleased. Nat sorted out the admin without any issues and Jeremy was a calm, informative and good humoured guide on the raft. We had an exciting and great fun experience and the rest of the family having been apprehensive were really pleased to have done it. We would definitely recommend Frogs to other families going to Morzine area of The Alps. Thanks very much.

We are a family of four that includes two teenagers, we booked two activities with the Frog team - rafting and hydro speeding. We had lots (and lots) of fun! The activities were very easily arranged online, we only paid an initial deposit with the final payment paid on the day after the activities... all very reassuring. The Frog team provided excellent instructions on how to find them. It was a scenic, very easy 30 minute drive from Morzine. The activities were great fun and exciting. There were a lot of smiles from the teens. All the kit was included so although the river was wet and cold (!) we were well protected and stayed the right side of warm. Thank you to the Frog Team - we would definitely recommend!

We booked canyoning for a friend's 40th. The booking process was really simple and straight-forward with Nat. Jeremy was a great guide. Very calm, reassuring and informative, but fun at the same time! We had a brilliant experience and would definitely use Frogs again.

An awesome experience. Everything from the booking to the rafting was perfect. We were greeted with a friendly smile by Nat and Jeremy at the meeting point and guided through what would happen during our experience. We were then shown were to change and provided with everything we would need to go rafting. Everything was of good quality and clean. We were then driven up to the start point and given instructions by Jeremy the instructor. He was funny and very calm - great when you have a nervous person in the group. The whole trip down the river was great, stopping at 2 different point to jump off rocks and a shallow part to 'swim' down the river if we wanted. I couldn't recommend them enough and I'll definitely be booking with them again.

Did the two person kayaking down the river with them and it was very good, everyone was super nice and welcoming and friendly. Nothing was rushed the guide took lots of time to help us and let us do some small cliff jumping. They did some excellent action photos that we purchased at the end, two thumbs up
